Hours: Part-time / Flexible shifts (weekends & evenings required)

About The Role

The Barn on The Bay is a stunning coastal wedding and events venue, offering a relaxed yet high-quality experience for guests. We’re looking for enthusiastic Events Team Members to join our team, working at weddings, food events, and during public bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bar Service: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at weddings and events.

• Coffee & Drinks Service: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages when the cafe bar is open to the public.

• Food Service: Serve food and ensure guests have everything they need at weddings and events.

• Customer Care: Look after tables, clear away, and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

• Event Support: Assist in keeping the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

About You:

• Experience working in a bar and/or coffee shop (essential).

• Friendly, professional, and great with people.

• Hardworking and able to thrive in a busy event environment.

• Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be over 18 (due to alcohol service requirements).

• Must have own transport (rural location without public transport).
